How to activate — step by step

  1. Install IboMate Pro and open the app — the start screen shows the MAC address and a 6-digit key. A new device gets a 7-day trial (on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Mac you start the trial in the app).
  2. Give the MAC address to your reseller — they activate a 12-month or lifetime licence. If your reseller gave you a login and password, choose “Sign in” in the app — the licence activates at the first sign-in.
  3. Have your own playlist? Choose “Add playlist” in the app, or sign in here with the MAC address and key and add it on the website.
  4. Choose “Refresh” in the app or restart it — the licence and playlists will appear.
  5. Something wrong? Check that the MAC in the app matches the one given to your reseller and that the device is online.

Account from your reseller and changing TVs

With an account from your reseller you sign in to the app on each of your devices (within the account limit). After changing TVs, sign in with the same account — your playlists come back. When the limit is full, sign in here with the account (“Have an account from your reseller?”) and unlink the old device. A new device needs a new licence.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find the MAC address and device key?

Open IboMate Pro — the MAC address and the 6-digit key are on the start screen and in Settings.

How do I add a playlist?

Sign in on this website with the MAC address and key, choose “Add playlist” and paste an M3U link or Xtream details (server, username, password). Then restart the app or choose “Refresh”.

How long is the trial?

A new device gets a 7-day trial. After that it needs a 12-month or lifetime licence — activated by your provider.

I changed my TV or reset my device — what about the licence?

The licence belongs to the device’s MAC address. A new device has a new MAC and needs a new licence. Reinstalling the app does not change the MAC.

Do you provide channels?

No. IboMate Pro is only a player — you watch content from your own playlists.
