Deleting data

IboMate Pro keeps only what the app and licence need: the device MAC address and key, model and system, IP address, playlists and — when you sign in with an account — the link between the device and the account.

In the app

Settings → “Delete device and data”. We delete the device’s playlists, the account link, read messages and the model, system and IP address. If the app created a line account by itself when you signed in, we delete it too.

On ibomate.pro

Sign in with the MAC address and key from the app screen and choose “Delete device and data” — it works the same as in the app.

What stays

The licence record for the MAC address (it is your purchase — the licence returns when you restart the app) and a trace of the trial so it does not start again. It contains no playlists or sign-in data. We keep the security log (sign-in attempts) for up to 90 days — when you delete data, we remove the device IP address and model from it.

Account with a username and password

The account with a username and password is created and deleted by whoever gave it to you — ask them to delete it. You can unlink devices yourself after signing in with the account on this page.
