How we can help

Licence and app questions: tell us which device you use (television, box, phone) and give the MAC address shown on the app's start screen. That is enough for us to check the licence.

Playlists: we do not provide playlists or channels and we have no access to providers' servers. If a list does not load, check it first with whoever gave it to you.

Data protection: send anything about your personal data to the same address marked "personal data". Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Copyright notices: write to [E-MAIL] with a description of your notice. Please note that we host no video content — the app only plays playlists added by users.
